Method

How it works

From publication to answer, every step is logged so a figure can be traced back to the file it came from.

01CollectWe pull each publication on release day from NHS England, ONS, OHID, NHSBSA, the devolved nations and trust websites.
02LoadFiles land unchanged in the warehouse, then become clean, versioned tables with documented columns.
03VerifyEvery release is checked against the published national totals and row counts. Tables that pass are marked verified.
04AnswerStudio, Copilot, API and MCP all read the same verified tables, and every answer carries its source and version.
Board papers. Public board packs are parsed by Segnog into decisions, risks and actions, then linked to the measures they mention, so you can see what a board decided and what happened next.

Hi Tom,

Thanks for your request. We couldn't match riverside-digital.co.uk to an organisation in Companies House or the NHS supplier frameworks, so we have one question before we can invite you:

What is the registered company name or number for Riverside Digital, and which NHS organisations do you work with?
